Horseshoe Bend coach Scott Peavy got quite the birthday present on Wednesday.

Horseshoe Bend baseball is off to a 6-3 start in its second year under coach Scott Peavy.

“We are a lot more mature. We have seven returning starters and it always helps to have experience.”

With the help from seven returning starters, Horseshoe Bend is gunning for a second straight playoff run in year two under head coach Scott Peavy.

Horseshoe Bend routs Barbour County 58-8 to get back in the win column.

Horseshoe Bend drops second in a row, losing to undefeated Highland Home 42-0. 

Horseshoe Bend obliterated Central Coosa Friday, continuing its run of momentum since clinching a playoff berth a day prior.

While the Generals are still tweaking some things on the defensive side, Horseshoe Bend baseball is off to a decent start due in large part to its hitting.

Horseshoe Bend fell 57-7 against an extremely talented Lanett team Friday, with Gavin Brazzell scoring the lone touchdown.
