The Reeltown Rebels basketball team looks to start anew after a holiday break.

Reeltown got out to a 1-0 lead, but that was the only lead the Rebels ever had as Central Coosa rattled off 19 straight points en route to a 63-32 victory on the road.

Reeltown quarterback Jake Hornsby has won the Outlook’s Player of the Week for the first round of the playoffs due to his two touchdown performance last Friday.

In yet another Thursday night game, Reeltown dominated both sides of the ball against Luverne, totalling 430 yards while holding the Luverne starting offense under 100 yards. The Rebels won 44-14 to win their fifth straight game. 

Reeltown uses second half comeback to defeat Goshen on the road.
