Since 1901, the state of Alabama has been refusing to pass any of the 180 gambling-related bills introduced to the State Legislature. The government was adamant: it rejected the idea of legalizing casinos, video gambling, and other similar activities, reinforcing its conservative approach to entertainment. However, the popularity of online gambling has been growing relentlessly, and with so many people pushing for changes, the future of iGaming in Alabama no longer seems as bleak as it used to.
