My Election Day was spent conducting surveys of voters in a mid-sized town in a swing state. I can’t reveal many details, of course, and it’s not a perfectly scientific poll. But it was probably at a location that represents about the most average American precinct, with an array of voters reflecting the nation’s demographics pretty well. And this is what I learned.
