This past weekend, a protest took place outside the Tallapoosa County Courthouse that drew participation from both supporters and opponents. Whether you stood in favor of the “No Kings” protest or stood in opposition, we view the event as a success for both sides. Why? Because both groups exercised their constitutional rights, made their voices heard, and kept the demonstration peaceful and respectful. In today’s climate, that’s something to recognize and appreciate.
