The Lake Martin Songwriters Festival officially wrapped up its fifth year with 30+ artists who performed at more than a dozen venues around Lake Martin. The festival ran from July 24-27.
The Dadeville Performing Arts Center is hosting kid summer camps this week and next from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Each day incorporates art, music, theater, crafts, dance and sometimes a speaker. On Monday, Dianna Porter with Lake Watch of Lake Martin came to teach about water quality.
