Alexander City Schools superintendent Dr. Jose Reyes urges all student-athletes to complete their annual physical. 

The Dadeville City Council voted to change the mayor and council pay. 

Exercise is key for improving muscle strength and stability, which are both factors that aid in daily activities and movement.

I encourage everyone else to follow suit and get those suggested checkups, tests and procedures.  

The program allows men to gather in small groups to create a more comfortable environment.
