PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE STATE OF ALABAMA COUNTY OF TALLAPOOSA Default having been made of the terms of the loan documents secured by that certain mortgage executed by Jeffrey C Miller, an unmarried man, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Real Estate Funding Corporation, its successors and assigns dated February 21, 2019; said mortgage being recorded on February 25, 2019 as Instrument No. 330588, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Tallapoosa County, Alabama. Said Mortgage was last sold, assigned and transferred to Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC by assignment recorded as Instrument No. 363963, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Tallapoosa County, Alabama.
