ADPH's website states, "This includes lab reports from laboratories that have sent all of their positives and negatives to date.  The week is assigned by the collection date (i.e., event date) so it represents the percent that were positive during that week.  With that in mind, as we continue to onboard new laboratories and obtain historical files and our data/awareness becomes more comprehensive, the previous weeks' percentages may change."
