The family of Mrs. Lamerle Louise Faulkner expressed final thoughts of love and devotion for her on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at Hillview Memorial Park in Alexander City, Alabama where she was interred. Mrs. Faulkner passed away at the Clay County Nursing Home in Ashland, Alabama on  Friday, April 18, 2014. She was born in Tallapoosa County, Alabama near Alexander City on July 16, 1936.
She is survived by her husband, Royce Faulkner of Talladega; daughter, Pamela Phillips (Marty) of Vestevia Hills, Alabama; son, Jeffery Faulkner (Shirley) of Myakka City, Florida; grandchildren, Jennifer Eldredge (Kavanaugh) of Gardendale, Alabama, Amanda Britton (Corey) of Madison, Alabama, Charles Phillips of Vestavia Hills, Alabama and Josh Ives of Tampa, Florida; brothers Wade, Wayne and Terry Pitchford of Alexander City, Alabama; sisters, Charlene Mann of Ashville, North Carolina, Ann Neighbors of Roanoke, Alabama and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Grady and Eston Pitchford; sisters, Avis Howard and Georgia Lackey of Alexander City, Alabama and Lolet Vance of Portland Oregon. The Rev. Zenus Windsor conducted the service.
