Funeral service for Mrs. Diane Marie Piskulic, 49, of Toney, will be Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at 11:00 am at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Bro. Randy Anderson will officiate. Burial will follow in the Alexander City Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Radney Funeral Home.

Mrs. Diane Piskulic passed away on Friday, March 28, 2014 at her Residence, with her family by her side, after a courageous 15 month battle with cancer.   She was born on April 9, 1964 in Houma, Louisiana to Charles Lindbergh Harris and Laura Jane Maddox Harris. She was a member of Kellyton Baptist Church. She loved working in her garden. She enjoyed spending time with her family on Lake Martin, going to Orange Beach and Gatlinburg. Diane served as a firefighter in Alexander City for four years after graduating fire college in Maryland. She had the honor of being the first female firefighter in Alexander City.

She is survived by her husband of 5 years, Guy Richard Piskulic of Toney; mother, Laura Jane Maddox Harris of Kellyton; son, Raymond Howard; sister, Brenda Elaine Harris of Kellyton; brothers, Ronald Wayne Harris and Joseph Henry Richard Harris of Kellyton; grandchildren, Skye Howard, Carter Howard and Jaxon Krebs; cousins, Cynthia Holdridge, Jaline Harris and Jimmy Harris; uncle, Walter J. Maddox and several nieces  and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Lindbergh Harris; brother, Charles Randall Harris.
