Around 2:45 p.m. Wednesday afternoon, emergency personnel responded to the scene of a one car accident on Coven Abbett Highway, some one mile west of Wind Creek State Park. A Pontiac Firebird had left the roadway, coming to rest in the shoulder of the road and incurring a large amount of damage to the car’s front end. No injuries were reported.
