Dancy leads Reeltown over Eagles in road win

A dominant fourth quarter by the Reeltown Rebels propelled them to a 65-47 victory over Montgomery Academy.
With the win this past Tuesday, the Rebels improved to 6-2 on the season and have started area play on the right foot.
Senior D’angelo Dancy led the Rebels with 19 points. He also had nine boards.
Reeltown raced out to an early advantage, leading 15-7 at the end of the first quarter and holding a 31-22 lead when both teams headed into the break.
The Eagles remained within striking distance, matching the Rebels’ 20 points in the third quarter.
Reeltown pulled away in the final stanza, out-scoring Montgomery Academy 14-5.
In addition to a favorable close to the game, the Rebels enjoyed a strong performance on the glass, snagging 42 rebounds as a team.
At least five players grabbed four boards.
Ariko Stewart filled up the stat sheet for RHS, netting 15 points and grabbing four rebounds while notching five assists, two blocks and three steals.
Ed Carraker had a double-double to help Reeltown’s cause. He scored 12 points and added 12 rebounds (four offensive).
C.J. Bell added seven points, four rebounds and two steals.
Bradley McKeithen scored five points, had nine boards, one block and three helpers
