May 1–6 DPD incident and arrest reports

These are the incidents and arrests from the Dadeville Police Department for May 1-6.

Incidents

- Harassment was reported from the 200 block of Carnation Street May 1 at 6:15 p.m.

- Possession of marijuana, second degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia was reported from South Broadnax Street May 2 at 9:09 p.m.

- Harassing communications was reported from the 800 block of East South Street. May 3 at 11:50 a.m.

- Disorderly conduct was reported from the 200 block of Weldon Street May 3 at 11:50.

- Resisting arrest was reported from the 200 block of Weldon Street May 3 at 11:50.

- Possession of marijuana, first degree, was reported from Highway 280 at Highway 49 North May 3 at 5:00 p.m.

- Gas drive off was reported from the 18,000 block of Highway 280 May 3 at 5:30 p.m.

- Theft of property (motor vehicle) was reported from the 900 block of Freeman Drive May 3 at 9:27 p.m.

- Public intoxication, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest were reported from Culberson Street May 4 at 6:30 p.m.

- Harassment was reported from the 18,000 block of Highway 27 May 4 at 7 p.m.

- Criminal possession of a forged instrument was reported from the 17,000 block of Highway 280 May 6 at 11:46 a.m.

- Theft of property, second degree, was reported from the 300 block of West Columbus Street at 2:20 p.m.

Arrests

Editor’s note: All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

- A male, age 20, was charged with possession of marijuana, second degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia at South Broadnax Street May 2.

- A female, age 33, was charged with two counts of failure to appear May 3

- A male, age 16, was charged with disorderly conduct May 3.

- A male, age 16, was charged with resisting arrest May 3.

- A male, age 26, was charged with possession of marijuana, first degree May 3.

- A female, age 43, was charged with three counts of failure to appear May 3.

- A male, age 56, was charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest May 4.
