DPD incident and arrest reports for April 3–9

These are the incidents and arrests for April 3–9. All arrest subjects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

A report was filed for theft of property, second degree, by an individual for an incident that occurred at a local business on the 400 block of North Broadnax Street April 4 at 2:30 p.m.

A report was filed for theft of property, third degree, by an individual for an incident that occurred at a local business on the 100 block of East Lafayette Street April 5 at 4:35 p.m.

A report was filed for harassing communications by an individual for an incident that occurred at a local business on the 300 block of East Lafayette Street.

A report was filed for burglary, third degree, and theft of property, third degree, by an individual for an incident that occurred on the 300 block of College Street.

A report was filed for disorderly conduct by an individual for an incident that occurred at a local business on the 200 block of Leach Street.

A female, 52, was arrested for the theft of property, second degree, as well as resisting arrest.
