These are the incident and arrest reports from the Tallapoosa County Sheriff’s Department for April 9. All arrest subjects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

A resident of South College Street in Auburn filed a report for harassing communication.

A resident of Win Blu Drive in Dadeville filed a report for harassing communication.

A resident of Highway 50 in Camp Hill filed a report for cruelty to animals.

A resident of Denver Road in Dadeville filed a report for criminal trespassing.

A resident of Lake View Ridge in Dadeville filed a report for identity theft.
