These are the incidents and arrests for the sheriff’s department.

Incidents

A report was filed for a theft that took place on Denver Road in Dadeville.

A report was filed for assault, third degree, on Pine Ridge Street in Dadeville.

Arrests

A subject was arrested on Highway 22 East in New Site for driving under the influence.

A subject was arrested at Etowah County Jail in Gadsden for failure to appear.
