Incidents

Theft of property, third degree, was reported from Williams Road at 1:19 p.m. Feb. 20.

A civil dispute was reported from Moose Road at 5:21 p.m. Feb. 20.

Public intoxication was reported from Dadeville Road at 6:15 p.m. Feb. 20.

Arrests

Editor’s note: All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Billy Ray Davis, 53, of Washington Street, was charged with public intoxication Feb. 20.

Daniel Clyde Worthington, 47, of Port Saint Lucy, Fla. was held for another agency Feb. 20.
