Incidents

Child custody dispute, 1000 block of Market Place was reported from the 7:49 p.m. Jan. 25.

Shots fired from K Street at 8:23 p.m. Jan. 25.

Domestic violence, third degree, was reported from the 700 block of O Street at 8:23 p.m. Jan. 25.

Harassing communications were reported from the 110 block of Poplar Road at 5:20 p.m. Jan. 25.
A domestic dispute was reported from the 100 block of Semmes Street at 5:13 p.m. Jan. 25.

A vicious dog and animals running at large were reported from the 50 block of 13th Avenue at 11:30 a.m. Jan. 25.

Possession of marijuana, second degree, and giving false identification to law enforcement were reported from I Street at 10:37 a.m. Jan. 25.

Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle was reported from the 2200 block of Airport Road at 12:40 a.m. Jan. 25.

Arrests

Angela Smith Russell, 48, of Montgomery Street, was charged with theft of property, second degree, and two counts of fraudulent use of debit and credit cards Jan. 25.

Kaitlin Frances Parham, 24, of Goodwater, was charged with theft of property, third degree, Jan. 25.

James Oliver Bishop Jr., 35, of Smith Drive, was charged with menacing Jan. 25.

Anthony Terrell Williams, 45, of Young Street, was charged with domestic violence, third degree, and public intoxication Jan. 25.

Adriana Elizabeth Brooks, 23, of Booker Street, was charged with failure to appear Jan. 25.
