Going off the cliff

Published 12:34pm Friday, January 4, 2013

Dear Editor,

We the people have reached the turning point in our lives where we have called on our leaders in Congress to represent our needs, and again they have failed us.

We are putting our time and effort into changing guards.

We will remove them from office and put real leadership in office. It is a shame and scary for anyone that would be that bold to take this country over the cliff and hurt so many people.

Changes are in the work this will be the Republican party’s legacy. They will own this for years to come. This will stain them for life.

The Republicans here in Alabama will never be forgotten because they have never represented the 48 percent.

Now they are willing to take Alabama over the cliff instead of doing the right for once.

I call it a shame, but they are not ashamed. They are very proud of their power.

I let people know they can not lead or make the right decision that will work for all Alabamians.

We will elect a leader that will represent all of Alabama and not sell the people out.
