These are the incidents and arrests for Dec. 20.

Incidents

A vehicle fire was reported from the 600 block of 11th Avenue South at 11:12 p.m. Dec. 20.

Domestic violence, third degree, was reported from the 2000 block of Ann Circle at 6:43 p.m. Dec. 20.

Theft of property, third degree, was reported from the 2600 block of U.S. Highway 280 at 1:48 p.m. Dec. 20.

Arrests

Editor’s note: All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Tara Elaine Robinson, 30, of Ann Circle, was charged with domestic violence Dec. 20.

Vanessa Ann Edwards, 39, of O Street, was charged with theft of property Dec. 20.
