These are the incident and arrest reports for Nov. 8.

Incidents 

Failure to pay for gasoline was reported from the 2400 block of Jefferson Street at 8:45 p.m. Nov. 8.

Harassment was reported from the 3400 block of U.S. Highway 280 at 4:05 p.m. Nov. 8.

A child in need of supervision was reported from the 1100 block of Watson Place at 12:25 p.m. Nov. 8.

Criminal trespass by a vehicle was reported from the 300 block of Sturdivant Lane at 3:43 a.m. Nov. 8.

A minor in possession of alcohol, consumption of alcohol and giving false identification to law enforcement were reported from the 2900 block of U.S. Highway 280 at 2:06 a.m. Nov. 8.

Arrests

Editor’s note: All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Marcus Lenell Huffman, 23, of Cartlage, Miss., was charged with giving false identification to law enforcement Nov. 8.

Marco Dequnta Houlden, 20, of Cartlage, Miss. Was charged with minor in possession Nov. 8.

Timothy Dare Lacy II, 24, of Brady’s Trailor Park, was charged with disorderly conduct Nov. 8.

Brandon Lamar Ammons, 20, of Coosa County Road 73, was charged with attempting to elude a police officer and minor in possession Nov. 8.
