These are the incident and arrest reports for Nov. 6.

Incidents

Theft of property, second degree, was reported from the 2500 block of U.S. Highway 280 at 4:54 p.m. Nov. 6.

A child custody dispute was reported from the 1400 block of Bolton Road at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 6.

A runaway juvenile was reported from the 600 block of Sasser Road at 12:07 a.m. Nov. 6.

Criminal mischief, third degree, was reported from the 1000 block of Rock Street at 10:45 a.m. Nov. 6.

Leaving the scene of building was reported from the 900 block of Cherokee Road at 7:16 a.m. Nov. 6.

Arrests

Editor’s note: All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Dewayne Leroy Jackson, 30, of 3rd Street, was charged with criminal trespassing, third degree Nov. 6.

Willie Louis Golden, 35, of Celia Circle was charged with two counts of failure to appear Nov. 6.

Brian Cornelius Smoot, 38, of Talladega, was charged and held for another agency Nov. 6.

David Lee Butler, 44, of Roanoke, was charged with failure to appear Nov. 6.

Teresa Holley Black, 43, of County Road, was charged with criminal trespassing Nov. 6.
