Hundreds flock to fall festival

Hundreds were in attendance for the second Community Wide Fall Festival at the Sportplex, which was sponsored by the city’s Parks and Recreation department, First United Methodist Church, Hillabee Baptist Church, New Beginning Baptist Church, First Baptist Church, Orr Street Baptist Church and Sixth Street Baptist Church.

Live music was provided by Kyle Wilson and Rexton Lee, Raised in Glory and the FUMC praise team.

Other events in which children could participate were bean bag tosses, cake walks, facepainting,  basketball and football throws, as well as bounce houses and slides.
