Trojans streak snapped, win two vs. MMI

Central Alabama Community College baseball’s 18 game win streak was snapped last Friday with a loss on the road at Chattahoochee Valley, 5-4.
The Trojans then got back to their winning ways this past weekend at Marion Military Institute.
CACC (32-6) won the first game 5-3 as ace pitcher Tanner Hicks went the distance on the mound for the Trojans, throwing six strikeouts and allowing 13 hits.
Ben Hall and Garrett Pitts both had two RBIs apiece in the victory.
In game two, Central Alabama got four RBIs from outfielder Zac Rinehart, as pitcher Jacob Noble went six innings and only allowing six hits in the 12-1 win.
CACC will be at Wallace State Thursday.
